Saturday I took a little time to look at the 12VDC issues.
Dometic PLB40 Battery Pack: Not charging from DC:
The fuse in the DC charging cable for the Dometic turned out to be fine. When I check continuity through the cable the positive was fine, but the negative was open. I found the side spring contact was bent inside the plug. So it wasn’t making contact. I bent it back into position a bit and it seems to be working fine now. I’ll have to keep an eye on that though. If it bent once it could bend again.
12VDC Dash & Center Console: No Power
The Jeep fuse for the dash and center console 12VDC had a blown fuse. I replaced that and the dash started working again. The center console still doesn’t work so I’ll need to check for loose wires. That may require pulling the center console apart. That’s going to be a bit of work and I’ll get to that another time.
